This place used to be quite good. But that has changed. Tonight was a menu reminiscent of Applebees and just ad much frozen food. Rip hectors as a good dinner option
Service was so slow and there was almost no one in the restaurant. The food is just ok, and some of it showed up cold. In this one instance, we ordered wine. They came back later and didn't have it, offering something else. Came back later and didn't have that either, and offered something else. And again, and we finally got some wine. I really want to like this place because it is so cute, and seems like a friendly place. It just has disappointed too many times.
Good breakfast and great atmosphere in their bar. I’d skip dinner as we are gluten free and there isn’t much on offer. Their breakfast and mimosas are worth a visit though. Great for pre game festivities.
Staff is helpful. Recent challenge has been the turn-over of chefs. Past consultants drove Hector's to a Denny's/iHop menu. The new chef is trying to resuscitate the business from past bad decisions. We are waiting for the results. Regardless, Sunday brunch continues to be their best.
The service has always been great, as well as the happy hour. They even have a good brunch (I think, it was New Year's Day). Best part is the buffalo chicken sandwich though, gadda get that.
I usually love this place but something must've happened with the management. The service was absolutely terrible.. it was super slow, tables were wide open on the deck and The hostess was not paying attention to anybody staring off into space. Customers were all complaining about why they're waiting so long when so many tables were open. When our food arrived half of the orders were wrong and we had no silverware or condiments. The waitress just walked away without looking or asking. We had to chase her down to ask for them. Looking around the same thing was happening to many tables, while empty tables were all setup. Hopefully upper management works to resolve this..perhaps someone was having a bad day.
Delicious breakfast!!
Try Sector's for a delicious breakfast in a pleasant setting. The ham and cheese omelet was excellent and the cinnamon roll was worth the calories!
Ordered a steak and eggs and got two pieces of steak of which I had asked for medium rare and they gave me well done. Outside of that, the rest was pretty good. I also got a partial refund for the steak.
I have only had breakfast here, twice. Both times it was fantastic. They have lovely options for Benedicts, their hashbrowns are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. Great staff and roomy tables. They could purchase some new chairs for the bar area.
Arrived o at 1:30pm on a publico holiday. Even though there we many tables open it took some time to be seated. We then had to wait to order, and we did not place or drink orders. We had to go find our waitress after a while. I asked one of the waiters and he just disappeared. The food was also just ok. Nothing great. Not sure I'll go back.
Pretty good laid back food, friendly staff
Classy and cozy feel in the dining area. Great menu selections, and the meal was large and delicious. Breakfast till 4pm as well, try the New Orleans'.
Great for everyone, good kids food. Great breakfast and dinner, average Kirkland prices. Good bar for the grown-ups too.
I only come here for the Madame Croque dish, which is fantastic. Other dishes are so-so, and not worth the price. The service has been poor almost every single time I've been here.
The food was fine it just took a long time. 10 minutes to place an order, 30 minutes to get the food and at least 10 minutes after we finished to get the check the food was good and the ambiance was nice.
