Beautiful establishment with a wonderful mission to rescue wolves and wolf-hybrid who would otherwise, most likely, be put to death.
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and obviously goes above and beyond for the animals they take care of.

I highly recommend the Wolf Sanctuary to anyone who is interested in wildlife and wolves, in particular. The staff is very knowledgeable and shares the stories of each wolf. Learning how packs work is really interesting! It was a great weekend activity for my two school-age sons and my husband.

The volunteer docents here were among the best and most knowledgeable I've seen in any museum or other venue. The walk around the property was informative, enjoyable and educational. I'd love to go back to stay in the nice B&B there.

This is my favorite near-by place to visit. Plenty of parking, get there early or you'll have to go up a hill to park. That means you have to walk down a gravel road. I walked down but was picked up at the bottom of the hill, no problem. The tour guides explain so much about the history of the sanctuary, why Wolves are there. I learn something new each time I visit, I've been there 4 times. Going to stay at the B&B in a few weeks. I'm really looking forward to staying there, I'll do a review with pictures.

Very impressed! Very well organized staff, knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't see once any of them tired of answering the myriad of questions thrown at them, including some of my own. The enclosures were well constructed for the safety of both wolves and people. The wolves look happy and well cared for. Really enjoyed!!!

We were very disappointed, your web page is not very clear that you only have one tour at 10 am and it's not open to the public anytime other time that day, we drove 3 hours today to come to the sanctuary to get there at 1 pm to find it was closed to us we were so upset!!!!! you need to do something different on your web page to explain this. Don't think we will make a trip down again if you can only go in at certain times.September 17,2017

What a wonderful place! It's really wrote magical to be able to get so close to such beautiful animals, and learn about them from the knowledgeable guides on staff at the sanctuary (who obviously care for them a great deal). I hope to return many times.

Wonderful place with great staff. I enjoy my visit very much. There is a pretty steep dirt hill to see some of the enclosures so be prepared for that. They do feedings every other day starting on Sunday. I have have heard alot of people go to the full moon tour(300+ for yesterdays)

Great place to visit and excellent cause to support. Love the wolves and the space/attention they're given. Not very revisitable (even for a wolf lover like me). The large events get overcrowded and quality of tour/interaction drops significantly.

Majestic wolves. Very educational but fun. The staff is exceptionally dedicated and knowledgeable. We come back every year and I still learn something new. Try the Speedwell Forge Bed and Breakfast for an even more immersive experience. Unbeatable!

What an amazing experience! See these precious creatures up close and you will truly get to appreciate them. Places like the Wolf Sanctuary are amazing in the tireless work they do to help preserve amazing creatures such as these wolves! If you donate to them, as I did and will continue to do, you are helping these beautiful wolves get well taken care of for the rest of their natural lives. Truly an amazing experience and wonderful place!

Absolutely love this place. The animals are well cared for and in great enclosures. They do a wonderful job with the rescues and you can tell the volunteers really care. They have educational tours and family events too. Highly recommend
