Great friendly place. We will definitively come back.
We camped over Labor Day weekend and met some wonderful people and we went on a fantastic nature walk.

I've been coming here periodically for more than 20 years and every time is better than the last!! Illumination Weekend is one of the most SPECTACULAR, but other events have also been great! You can't beat the uninhibited sense of FAMILY that you can experience here. Old or young, it's a great place for MEN to relax & feel free!

Last time we were here was 1999
The place has gotten even more beautiful. There have been a lot of improvements. It's a truly enjoyable experience. Illumination weekend is truly a visual treat! Even rain doesn't dampen people's spirit, although can't say the same for the firewood.

Hillside is not just a campground, it is a community, and if you go there a few times, you will feel like you belong there, with your friends.

Went with my partner and we had a wonderful time. Easy to pull in and park the camper, the site was a great size, and we met some great people. We can't wait to go back. Thanks Hillside for a great time.We even enjoyed the rain. all weekend.

We have been coming to Hillside for about 4 years and it has gotten better every year especially since the new management has taken over. Keep up the great work !!

First trip to Hillside was in 2006 in a rented RV for a week's stay--just me and my partner. We read books by our fire under protective pine, swam and sunned in the pool, met many new faces, and made many new friends. My partner and I loved Hillside so much that during that first stay we asked to be placed on the Perm waiting list. In 2016 we became Perms! A long but enjoyable 10 years of wait while camping at Hillside. Those new faces, and new friends during that decade of waiting while camping are now ol' friends whose faces we eagerly look to see each camping season.

Hillside is an experience each camper creates for themselves. Bawdy, or cozily benign by a bonfire. Hillside is a brotherhood of open arms and hearts.

For more than 10 years I was just a camper and it was a most amazing time and I wondered what took me so long to find it. Now, I'm also a member of the staff and I've said to many, it may be the most fun I've ever had with a job in my nearly 40 years of working.

The place cannot, in many ways, be beat--but I'd also add, if you're looking for a resort experience, this is a campground, and a little more on the rustic side.
