Go here all the time for work, but especially on Saturdays the consideration to open earlier may need to be looked into. Since by the time they open at 8 there's a Walt Disney line and will slow everyone's day of business down.

On Time All The Time. They really do a great job with pickup, as well as making sure my trash can is placed back in my yard respectfully. The employees are courteous. When I'm outside as they pickup, we always speak. There phone app is very easy to use to keep track of billing, holiday changes if necessary and any changes that may need to occur with pickup.

I have been a customer of W.M. in Savannah for many years. The price they charge for residential garbage collection has risen significantly over the years until it is now more than twice the cost of any competition in the area. Sometimes the costs went up with almost every bill. When cancelling the service, they charged me $120, which is supposed to be for a can pickup, despite my never using one of their cans. I cannot get out of paying it they said. Now after cancelling service two months ago, they have charged me a late fee, despite my charges being on their automatic payment plan. The only reason that I gave this company any stars is due to the excellent crew that has come to pick up the trash over the years.

The extra service charges are exorbitant and unnecessary. Also, you are not given a choice to decline overfill dump which is more than double the standard rate. This is a huge racket for them. I still have to pay my lawncare guy more to do extra cleaning. I will no longer use services and have my clients provide their own trash services.

Contracted with WM 2 months ago. Just showed up for my first pickup 2 days ago. Had reported 7 pick ups that never occurred. Hoping they have figured it out now. Very disappointing considering they’re a nationally known company.
