Eventhough the property is under renovations the staff makes you feel right at home. The two young ladies at the bar area where awesome (Saturday night). Front desk crew was great. Overall, a great stay even with snow all over.

Went here for a large social event. The meeting space was large and able to happily accommodate over 100 people. The staff were on hand to provide table service drinks and the food was good.

As a Diamond Hhonors member, I travel a lot.
I can honestly state that the updated rooms are attractive and clean, but needed a bit more thought. The room lighting provides a sexy feel, but is way too dim. It is not possible to read at night without eye strain. The entrance way stand up mirror has no lighting near it to make the mirror worthwhile having. Also, the "Jetson's-like" chair is uncomfortable to sit in for any length of time. Additionally, the bathroom lacks adequate towel racks for wet and clean towels. There were only 2 sets of clean towels, and they were stored in a slot at the same level and just adjacent to the toilet rim and "splash zone".
When I made the reservation, the hotel web site said that construction would be completed in October. However, I was disappointed to find that the pool was still not open when I arrived. It would have been nice to receive an email update.
All that being said, the hotel employees are very nice and professional. This review is meant to provide constructive suggestions for improvement as the hotel works through the final construction phases.response / report this review -

We had a great stay. They put a pack and play in the room for our toddler. The cookies were delicious. The beds and pillows we're comfy. The shower had great pressure. One of the women even made a cold coffee for my husband when they don't normally do that. It was truly a five star experience.

I want to start out by saying that the hotel is very much being renovated, some parts of the lobby/hallways look like straight-up construction sites.
That being said, we evacuated from Florida and booked our room, though our stay in Georgia was wrought with financial issues. The customer service here (specifically Jorge and Zack) was incredible in this aspect. We had to jump through some hoops to make sure we could stay the nights that we did, but the receptionists were more than understanding and helped us immensely.
Normally, the stay would have warranted a four-star review, but because of how helpful and nice the staff was, I bumped it up to a 5. Once the renovations are done, this place will be spectacular. We'll definitely be staying here again, hopefully under better pretense.response / report this review -

Rooms are clean and modern. Hotel is undergoing renovations so there is essentially no lobby, restaurant is in a meeting room (meals not included) and construction sounds are heard at all hours. Would not have stayed here if I had known.

I am sure that once the construction is complete. This will be a very nice hotel. I do however take issue with the fact that we were not informed of construction until 1 week before arrival. We booked our family reunion here months in advance and expected the hotel we originally saw.
Beds were too small and property was dirty. Saturday and Sunday morning during our stay, there was garbage overflowing from trash cans in front of hotel. There was a smoking area littered with beer cans and liquor bottles. Our room was not serviced in a timely manner and we had to request service each day of our stay.
I am highly disappointed and will not be visiting again.

This hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. They are under renovation but it wasn't an inconvenient at all. Stayed in the updated section and it was nice. Only thing they should consider is going from double beds to Queens.

This was a decent hotel minus the construction going on in the lobby and in some of the rooms throughout the building but we were aware about this prior to arriving.
The one star is given because this hotel has charged our credit card TWO times for a two night stay!!!
We spoke to them about this when checking out and was told by a manager this would be reversed off. While driving home, we checked our banking information and discovered a THIRD draft. Two of those charges where on the same day (07/10/17).
We've had to call back to the hotel twice to give them direction on what to do as well as contacting our financial institution. The manager, hasn't gone out of his way to be apologetic concerning a matter his hotel caused and the sad part is, we are a Hilton Honors Customer. You would think he would be a little more apologetic considering we've paid twice the amount for a two night stay. We will not ve staying at this hotel location again.response / report this review -

The hotel is renovating so the room is outdated but it's not crappy. Even in its outdated state it is still nice. The staff is super friendly and Tamiko at the front desk was outstanding. From the time we checked in she went above and beyond what we have been used to at other hotels. This hotel will be our new go to place thanks to her.

We've stayed here several times and have been relatively pleased with the experience. But the property is slowly deteriorating. The entire property needs to be updated - rooms, landscape, common areas, restaurant, etc. It has a lot of potential. Unfortunate.

I have been here for a couple different occasions. Many times for formal events and a couple times for business mettings. The lobby is spacious, beautifuly decorated, clean, and very cozy. The staff always keeps the place in order and very friendly. This place is well worth the money you actually spend.

Customer service is excellent in the hotel, but the Restaurant too pricey, the quality of the food is cheep, cheep! !!! Don't make the mistake to order Room Service for your food cause they charge like a 100 star hotel!!! It's unbelievable !! Check your bill at before you paid! !!they charged more,!!! . and for Room Service and tips together they charged my bill like an additional full dinner, it was just A simple sandwich? ?? You lose your mind? ??
