All good. Recycles are so late now being picked up. Use to be early morning like trash and could bring trash bins in at same time. Now having to make two trips to road to be in. Little hard on a little old lady, but exercise good for me. Weather change will be a little different

Always on time drivers are very courteous and professional. If there is ever a problem they remedy the situation immediately. The ladies in the office are very courteous and super friendly couldn’t ask for a better managed company. You’re treated like a person not a number

They’re always on time and the ease of getting it setup for my new home was smooth and relatively hassle-free. Always on time and no debri left behind after pickup. Thankful to have them as my service provider and I look forward to a being a long time customer.

Driver is horrible and unprofessional, service is expensive for what they offer, my trash guy didn’t pick up one day because my trash can was not parallel to my recycling can, he left 2 bags of trash on the ground outside at the end of my driveway. And left a note that the lid needs to be closed and any items over the top won’t be picked up… then 2 weeks ago he yelled out the window at me, Do you got a problem man! And it was 6 am and my wife and kid were sleeping so I chose not to yell back, As I was infuriated. 0/10 No stars. If I could give less than 0 I would.

The drivers are backing up over the corner of my yard and have destroyed my plants. I complained before and someone came out. Now it is happening again and when I call I can’t talk to anyone because it sends you in circles and then hangs up. On the website there is nothing to address my problem either. What do I have to do to talk to a person who can help. I dealt with their lawyer earlier but during the pandemic I couldn’t get anyone to give me an estimate. This is extremely frusta and ruining my yard!!!! Please contact me. There is plenty room to back up without cutting so sharp and ruining my property.
