Never had a problem with Waste Management. Even when there is a Holiday, the pick up is always on time on the scheduled day.

The problems with this company have been continuous for over a year. They have changed the dates of trash pickup multiple times without even contacting me, but when I contacted them, they said that they left a voicemail on my phone to notify about the changed pickup days (they have NEVER left a voicemail.) On multiple occasions the trash has not been picked up, I called and they said the trash can was not down at the road, although it was taken down to the road the night before (I have a ring doorbell with video of my trash being taken down, and the truck never picking it up). The company does not take responsibility for their mistakes and blames the customer for their terrible service. I am begging you to not give your money or time, take it to another company that values their customers. Let the horrendous reviews speak for the morals and ethics of the company.

Do not bother with this company because it is impossible to cancel services with them. You have to give 6 months notice of cancellation because they have to Approve your cancellation. So basically you can't cancel them without their approval. If you do they charge you for removing their dumpster. On top of still being billed monthly. I'm highly disappointed with Waste Management.
