1. Contacted WM online to ask questions; they told us to order our container online and would determine if the container could be delivered later.
2. Ordered 2yd container online; billed immediately. Was called by WM rep next day to go over order; no problems reported, container should be delivered next day.
3. Two days later still no container. Called WM rep and left message, next day WM rep called back. No containers of the size we ordered are available in our area (NOT OFFERED AT ALL!). Offered to upsize our container and cost. After some prodding, WM rep agreed to get us the available size, 4yd at a 2yd cost; no problem.
4. Week later told they can't service our account, and told they issued a refund.

EDIT; Thank you WM for your response. Don't see how you can resolve your denial of service at my location, or is this another one of those web answers where one office says magic is possible and the other asks me (the customer) "what the **** the main office is thinking?"

Worst company our business has ever done business. Rates are too high. They won’t empty dumpsters when they should, then lie about it. Will not return calls. Only liars and thieves. Never do business with these people.

Prices & Open ended fees kept going up. Took over 3 months to terminate service and they still have not picked up their container that is full and smelling terrible! The last email we received on December 18th said they would be to pick it up in a few days, It is now January 16th and it still has not been done. The last call we made about it we were told someone would let us know what Is going on within 24 hours, well still have not heard back. We have been with a local company now for 2 months and have already saved thousands from what we charged from Waste management! They were just down right taking advantage of us and we were a customer for 15 years.
