Unfortunately, this is the only company that services the area where I live. The customer support representatives tell you what you want to hear and sometimes tell you contradicting things within their own team. Order requests are not fulfilled. Their system seems to not capture all the communication that happens between WM reps and customers. Good luck resolving any issues.

After cancelling service due to the sale of my home back in February, I am still being charge for services I had cancelled. Due to their systems being down I was told it would be cancel which it wasn’t. Terrible customer service.

These guys do a great job. I think they should implement a new policy and bill by the weight of garbage hauled off. My neighbors, not one of them recycle and they always have 4 to 5 trash can full on every trash day! I have a small plastic bag usually less than ten pounds and I'm sure we all pay the same for this service.

Your company offer recycle but only give for free a small bin to recycle in, where I recycle more than I make trash. Your company needs to give big recycle trash can for recycling. Your company only pick up recycling once every two weeks, needs to be done weekly. Instead of having two trash pickup every week.
