  Excellent serbices. All the doctors are accesible and very friendly. They treat mu little cat as their own. What I like most was the prices, very moderates.

  They gave great service when I took my dog there. There was reserved parking and the price was reasonable. They diagnosed something other vets didn't.

  I took my perrito in when he was having tummy trouble. I was new in Puerto Rico, and had no idea of what to expect. All in all I was pleasantly surprised, they did lots of tests to ensure that the problems were not related to anything more serious. They gave me all the medicines he needed, and even diagnosed something that all the other vets had omitted before. It's a bit of a drive to go there, but I'm going to take all the dogs in for shots and dental cleaning. I think the prices they charge are very reasonable, for once the bill was a pleasant surprise to me.

  I called tonight to ask for help. They helped me "troubleshoot" what my dog was going through to see if it was an emergency. What they asked me to do worked. I have him under observarion now. If he continues to act strangely in 1 hrs time I will take him in.

  I called recently to ask for their help. I told them my dog had a convulsion, and I needed to know how much money they charged for the visit and for the tests. Their answer? They said they couldn't give me prices "over the phone", and that they couldn't help me with that. They said that I had to take the dog to their clinic, so they can "give me an estimate" of the charges for the visit, the tests, the treatment, etc, depending of the breed of dog I had. They sounded more like a business than a clinic, and I will NEVER take my dog to anyone that treats him like a broken car. Estimate? What the hell? To me, dogs are people. You would NEVER see this kind of thing happen in a human hospital. Doctors are NOT mechanics, and that goes for animal doctors as well.

  Not cheap and it's the only game in town after hours. You need to sign a new quote everytime a new procedure is added. Dirty lobby.
