Poor web access. They charge for paying your loan on there website. Never can talk to anyone when you call
On the phone. Constantly disconnects and long call holding volumes. Never will do business again.

I end up using this credit union at least 1-2 times a month , I am NOT a member there but they provide services for my credit union . It is so handy for me to be able to use this branch . The staff are helpful and polite and I am so thankful that they are there and are "friendly" .

Love the "feel" of a hometown bank. I have been a member for 3+ years and have never had any issues.
