Ordered online from them and after waiting an hour and a half I had to call them and ask why the food was not delivered and they stated they did not deliver to the University. Yet no one called me to let me know this when I put the order in so they would of taken my money and never called to let me know if I didn't reach out first. Horrible customer service and the owner was the one I spoke to and he was extremely rude. Will never order from again.

Ordered buffalo chicken tenders and buffalo chicken sub. Both chickens were under cooked and half of each had no buffalo sauce at all. Looked like they carelessly slapped it together as fast as they could. Probably the worst I've had. I won't be back.

My go-to fast food place when @ work. Prices are reasonable, staff is pleasant and love the idea you can order online. Really cuts down on the wait time while in the store.

I have been going to Baldies since I was twelve years old and was appalled by my recent visit. I recently came back to Bridgewater to try and enjoy one of my favorite local small business to learn that it must be under new management

My girlfriend ordered Mozzarella cheese fries because she doesn't like the cheese they use on the cheese fries (she has done this for 5+ years) and rather than just adding the cheese they chose to hand me a cup of cheese. My girlfriend went back inside and politely asked for refund to be spoken to rudely by the manager and ultimately refunded. Unfortunately Baldies you have lost my business and I will be telling all my friends about managements awful attitude.
