I'm not a huge fan of how they post their prices/sale prices. The item is labeled with the regular price and they use a Kindle-reader-like device to display the sale price. The problem is that the kindle-like device is very dim and hard to read, even with good vision, and if the store is slightly disorganized (like it was when I went) then you may not be able to find the price at all. Other than that inconvinience, I was able to find what I needed at a reasonable price.

I had purchased a Christmas present for my grandson, as I put batteries in it before wrapping it, I noticed that it was not functioning properly. I returned to the store with the item however, I had miss placed my purchase receipt. Every person who worked at the store were very kind and helpful in assisting with my stituation, in spite of having so many customers to wait on. The item was exchanged for a replacement that works as advertised. Thank you Kohl's! This was my first time ever in purchasing from Kohl's. Thank you for assisting this grandfather for making Christmas special for a precious grandson.

The sales are amazing we save so much, I will recommend that you buy the items on sale and use the coupons that you get on the mail and some times like today you get and extra employee discount 25%, love the store and the employees at the jewelry department they are so patient and professional.

Poor customer service. I asked about men's socks and without looking up the young man working a cash register (he had NO one he was helping) just waved his hand and said, "over there". When I asked "over where?" He looked up and waved his hand again and again said "over there". So I walked away shaking my head and after looking for someone else to help found them myself. Not where he was waving towards. If they don't know just say so instead of making the store look bad.

I came here to look for some clothes to buy for a trip. One of the employees, Penny was very helpful and knew where everything was located. She was able to help me get all the things I needed on my list and was very friendly. She was very professional and experienced. The rest of the staff was very friendly. I will definitely come back.

I get all my clothes here. Most things, at least for guys, are pretty inexpensive. I get quality shirts for $10 and nice shoes for $40.

I love Kohls. This store is usually organized, but the associated don't engage and offer assistance. They don't embrace the company's "yes we can" policy, which can be embarrassing when they have to call a department and search for what you're talking about.

I enjoy shopping here. Seems like there is always a sale and there are almost constant discounts for members as well. There is a good variety here and I always find things for myself, my husband, and my little one when we come.
