Waste management workers are always friendly, professioinal and helpful. They do a very good job.

The Waste Management trash collectors have destroyed 3 of my garbage cans within the last two years. These cans are $100 each. They’re so rough & destructive they have no respect for other people’s property. We deserve better service than this.

I"m not sure what has happened to waste management over the past year or so, but the service is horrible now. My trash continually is not picked up and left in my driveway. the drivers have a bad attitude as if it a big deal for them to do their job. they leave the trash can literally out in the street as well and beat them to death.

Extremely reliable in picking up garbage as scheduled, and the time frame is always early and at the same time on pick up days. The drivers are courteous and friendly. Trucks are kept clean. Great company to contract with for garbage pick up services.

When I have had to call WM, I always got a live person who solved my problem. When one of WM's trucks spilled some transmission oil on one of the communities streets, they came back again and again to clean the whole area until I was satisfied. I was then given an insurance claim form that I did not have to use. The truck drivers, under difficult circumstances do their best to make way for other vehicles when they are in the way.
