I'm leaving 5 stars to contradict all the UNGRATEFUL PEOPLE who don't appreciate this FREE option for people to dispose of environmentally unsafe materials safely. THANK YOU. I wish the north wake site was open for more hours, particularly on the weekends. Either way, we can make it work.

Raleigh Waste Management rant. Time, after time, after time, my recycling is not picked up when the other 4 houses in my cul-de-sac have their’s picked up. They have crushed my bin, smeared diesel grease all over the handle and rim, left the bin lying on its side across my driveway, etc. Bins are always set out the night before pickup, only cans, bottles and cardboard. Could someone please tell me what I have to do to get regular service - for which I AM PAYING?!!!!

Directions are wrong on phone line. After 2nd light, T/R on lil side rd( b4 overpass.) And up the hill to scale. Quick loading

Terrible service. They routinely miss service days. When they do show up they leave trash everywhere. Their trucks leak a foul smelling liquid all over the parking lot which quickly attract flies and bees. They destroyed my bin enclosure and place the bins next to walls making it hard to access the doors. When I called to complain they were completely unsympathetic and not willing to offer any sort of solution. Absolutely horrid company, and they should close their doors immediately.

Horrible service they don't pick up anything they accidentally dump . They have skipped my house several times and have left the bin in my driveway!!! I put it off to the side of driveway and have asked them not to leave I driveway. They did it again this week . I called and canceled . Got new service with another company . To many problems with them I am done !
