Received an email late on Friday that dumpster would not be delivered until Monday. Should have received a call. Too late to call office to discuss. Was told Monday delivery around 1pm. Arrived 215pm. Had to request a refund for the 3 days; rep had to “ask the supervisor.” Should have been automatic. Door on dumpster does not latch.

They have not missed picking up our garbage we are getting what we pay for. The company who use to pick up our garbage had a tendency to drive on past.

The workers who take care of my neighborhood are courteous and respectful. I could not be happier that I switched to WM. My previous company literally threw the cans which often landed in the street.

I had a great experience when calling to discuss my bill. We also can depend on Waste Management to pick up on schedule and do a very good job with pick up. Finally, appreciate the texts and emails notifying us of schedule changes due to holidays.
