0 stars!!! Lousy service! Prices keep going up and service going down. I put out an area rug, rolled and secured for pick up. It was an 10 x 13’ rug and i was told it was too big for the truck! This is ridiculous. The rug was rolled and folded at a 6.5’ length and would easily fit in the truck. I am a senior citizen and cannot be moving that thing around. Unfortunately, it’s raining tonight and it will become a permanent fixture in the alley.

We have been at our house for 6 years and they miss our yard waste pickup at least twice a month during the summer season. I called today and was reassured that someone will be coming by at 2pm to pick it up and it wasnt. ( idky it wasnt picked up, no note, wasn't sticking to the can and all of our neighbors houses were completed and she confirmed everyone else was completed and started making more excuses after i told her there was no note left.) When I got back home I called but the office is closed but apparently our yard waste was "completed" according to their records. Their drivers need to do better!! I am so upset and disappointed at this point I don't want them! I rather drive my trash to the site myself.

I have to contract my own waste services as my home is in unincorporated Plainfield Township. I like the fact that Waste Management still recycles and that they prompt and notify me of service changes.

We’ve had WM for nearly 2 years now and consistently disappointed. We got a new driver and they skip our house constantly, when they do pick up on time they leave 1 or 2 containers full of garbage, yet the payments are taken out on time each month. I’ve called several times and it’s extremely difficult to get a hold of someone on the phone. When I complained to the chat agent they were snarky and not helpful.

Just set up a dumpster service at our new location. It was simple and easy. Communication is great. I highly recommend
