Your disposal truck drivers service always go beyond expectations. I'm constantly surprised at they're willingness to help there home owners in my neighborhood. Special mention for the drivers who toot their horns for the little boy across the street who waits at the street with his grand mother each pick-up morning to wave at the drivers.

Waste Management has been our garbage and recycle service for years and we are very happy..with everything they do for us!!!!!

Love our garbage man, he has been the kindest, and most thoughtful worker. I know he is retiring soon, but we will miss him.

Well since waste management took over I had no problems as of yet but the price of trash is going up tremendously I'm aware of the price of diesel and other unforeseen. But here's an idea if you have senior citizens that are on a budget you need to give them a discount since I lived at my house since 2007 Ray trash has been picking up for quite some time. It's just an idea I'm giving senior citizens at discount.

I appreciate the alerts and emails regarding service scheduling. I have never had a negative experience with service or staff members (on the phone or in person). Very happy with Waste Management 😁
