WM always answers my questions or concerns timely and professionally. They are conscientious in placing the container where it belongs and dont leave trash behind, which is greatly appreciated. Good company to do business with.

Great service so far despite everything I've heard. The pricing on the bulk pick up is way too high but everything else is going up .why not garbage?

I set up autopay, which results in my getting emails when payment is not due telling me that my payment has been declined. My many attempts to rectify this typically result in customer service not understanding the issue—often instructing me to update my up-to-date payment information—or just outright insulting me. If I had another option for waste management in my area, I would use it. If you have an alternative to WM, please use it. Spare yourself. Don’t ever use this company. They are the Comcast of garbage collection; they are the opposite of Spider-Man. They are, simply put, the worst.
