Shawn Godshall and Troy Goss (driver trainers) they’re very professional, knowledgeable and relatable, they made sure that I was able to understand and apply all the rules and safety procedures to ensure that will be getting home safe everyday, they welcome us with open arms to the waste management family.
Thank you for your dedication, passion and patience.

I greatly admire the friendliness of all the WM drivers and accompanying workers. I jog a lot in Ft Myers, Punta Rosa and Sanibel. I carry a "JOY" sign on my hand and every time when I'm jogging when a WM truck goes by the crew smile and joyfully wave. I always look forward to seeing them on the roads. They inspire me by demonstrating their JOY.

Second time I put a small amount of dirty tile in the container, they do not pick it up. When I call to complain I get that they have a 50 lb limit, which is rediculas like a bag at the airport. Well I weighed it container and waste was 43 lb, with the container at 23 lb so I have 20 lb of waste, if their truck can't handle that they must be using a Tonka Toy truck. Why the city would use them is beyond me. Although the trash business has a long history of mob ties.

I had trees trimmed on my property on Sunday on Monday I called Waste Pro to alert them to a large amount of yard waste. I was told a ticket was written I would hear back in 48 hours. I heard nothing so called on Tuesday, when I was told no ticket existed and it was written then. Again I was told 48 hours. I called and complained about my phone call on Monday. A supervisor came out charged me a p/u fee of $40. which I paid immediately on the phone. The super said they might be out on Tues - prob Wed - NO SHOW TUES OR WED! I HAD TO CALL AGAIN and they finally showed on THURSDAY - THIS IS MY LAWN!!!!!!
