I live in "Turtle Run Estates" Ron C. and Jonathan B truck #1372 are amazing. They are very clean, don't complain about what they need to pick up and go out of their way to be gentlemen and help keep our development clean.

Some weeks they don't come and they don't get out of their truck if anything is next to the can we can't fit. I used coastal recycling before and never had issues with them not picking up items if they didn't fit in the can. Seems like lazy people that just sit in their truck and drive by if they don't feel like working.

Trucks and Containers are so clean and nice. Always advanced notice if schedule might be off due to holidays etc Staff is friendly and respectful. All in all, a great company! Great job everyone!

WM Customer service is horrible, nobody answers the phone, we have a dumpster left here from previous tenant at 2420 NW 16th Ln Pompano Beach FL 33064, its overflowing everywhere and no sign of anyone picking it up. Worse service than DMV, would rather wait at DMV all day than attempt to contact anyone at WM for help. Horrible company. Please get rid of this dumpster you're hurting our small business with this disaster.
