  Great service. Always clean up all the garbage that may have been taken out of the can from animals. Also very easy to get another garbage can.

  Always consistent, reliable service. Our regular driver, Tim, goes out of his way to provide extras, like picking up stray trash that's blown away.

  WM charges additional for overages. as much as the monthly rate. I've requested to cancel services over 4 months ago but they have not and pass you around from rep to rep. They are not clear about additional monthly charges which increased my bill about 40% over what was agreed.
  
  Just a poor experience all around.
