  Very disappointing experience and service is the worst I experienced in years. My wife bought her wedding dress here and the service is underwhelming.
  
  While you are looking for a dress, the service is great, but the problems will start after you paid and are waiting for the dress.
  
  The dress took several weeks/months longer than confirmed although we paid for rush delivery. Adjustments discussed during the fitting were not made and the dress doesn’t fit when picking up.
  
  Confronted with the issues, no resolution was proposed and we were left alone. Basically we’re told you don’t have alternatives as you will not get any other dress, so take it.

  This was my very first stop with my crew of 3 and it was our favorite stop! Chevonne texted me several dress photos leading up to the appointment and even had a special dress flown in from another state that she thought I might like. They served us champagne and we felt fancy and fun the whole time. The dresses were gorgeous and I found one I really loved that served as a standard for all future dress shopping I did. Of all the shops I visited afterwards - Winnie Couture and Chevonne and her team were top-level and one of the best! Thank you for such a lovely appointment!

  I would definitely recommend this place! My consultant Chevonne was super helpful. She researched designs that fit my vision and had some dresses ready for me to try on right when I arrived. Chevonne was my hype person throughout the appointment and made sure I knew I looked beautiful in the dresses and really listened to me when I didn't like certain parts of the dresses. By the end of my appointment I found my dream dress 💕 thanks for everything Chevonne!

  My experience at Winnie was AMAZING! I can’t say enough positive things about them. I worked with Savannah, who I highly recommend. My mom and I saw the store one day while we were visiting San Fransisco, and knowing my wedding was coming up, we knocked on the door to see if we could just look at dresses. Savannah was the only one there that day and graciously let us in AND offered to let me try on dresses. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, she didn’t rush us or anything; she gave us her full attention! I only had to try on two dresses before falling in love with my dream dress. Savannah then did a great job of explaining all of the details of what would happen if we wanted to buy, while considering that my wedding was only 4 months away and we were from out of town. We came back a couple days later to make sure it was the dress I wanted, and it was! Savannah made that appointment seamless and stress free as well. I was so blessed by working with Savannah and the Winnie team!

  I recently said yes to the dress at Winnie Couture! Savannah was so helpful, patient, and sweet. Her process really helped me narrow down my favorite choices so that I could find my perfect dress. My friends and mom also had a great time, so I couldn't recommend Winnie Couture more!
