The day after the July 4th I had a bag sitting outside my trash bin. It was not picked up. This does not seem right after a holiday. Not happy with that service.

Waste Management has always done a great job of collecting our residential trash. In the past, we would have problems with collection of recycles, but we have had so such issues during 2023.

They have a contract with the city of Merriam for weekly service. City of Merriam was paving my street. Waste Management did not pick up, nor did they call to provide an alternative day, nor do they have a phone number that accesses a live body to deal with unusual situations, nor have I been told I have a credit applied to my account for their lack of service, communication and etc.

They are however extremely good at billing you and collecting your payment. No faults with them on that process.

Service improving especially for recycle, by dumping the recycle and not dropping items in the street. Still needs improvement, however the teams have improved in recent weeks.
