Never picks up trash. Lies about the dates. But charges you full price. IF you get to speak to a customer rep they are rude and hang up on you. This company must be going out of business

My company has used WM for over TEN years and for the last year and a half we have not received proper service. We pay for three pickups a week and are lucky to receive one, if at all. We are billed over $1200/mo for services we have not been receiving. I have contacted WM customer service and our local office and have not been helped. We are not receiving acct credits for missed services. I also followed each step for canceling service per our service agreement, along with all proof that the steps have been followed, and WM is refusing to cancel the service agreement. I switched my company over to another waste removal company and pay $1000 less a month for the SAME services and they come on time! Please make this make sense. DO NOT use WM!!!!!

Horrible service. Picked up trash on scheduled days approx 60% of the time. Sometimes “rescheduling” and the not picking up for 4 or 5 days.

Worst company to use for trash services! Other companies are less expensive and actually care about their customers. Don’t walk! Run far away from WM!

They cut our bill by almost 2/3 because we received a quote from another company( so they matched the other company) after telling me that was the lowest they could do. Any time you add or remove a pickup they make you sign a 36 month contract so that you are always under contract if you try to cancel because they are not picking up they tell you that you will be billed over $10,000 to cancel even though you have been going through them for 10+ years and you are only wanting to cancel because they are not doing their job. They do not pickup when they are suppose to. They will skip your pickups then charge you a overfill fee of $125.00 when they finally do pickup. Run from this company if you can use GFL or someone else.
