Why I supposed to travel 1 hour to it with full track of trash and not being able to drop of trash ?????

It has happened second time already.
On Saturday according to Google you supposed to be open until 12:00 pm. We arrive 11:02 pm and that’s it. You closed ? What the f….ck is going on ?
Who will compensate my time ?

I've never had issues with Waste management until recently. This is the second Thursday in a row that they didn't pick up my recycling.
I'm hosting a party this weekend and have no more room for recycling since my 2 large bins are full. I'm going to have to put an entire weeks worth of bottles, cans, and paper products in the trash, along with the 2 prior weeks worth of recyclables in the trash too.
We have,or I should say had two day service on Mon and Thur and are charged for two day service. However this past summer has been up in the air, so we play garbage pick-up game. Will they pick up on Monday or Tues, who knows and will they pick up on Thurs or not. So after many phone calls and e-mails(and I had to find out on line) we now have once a week pick up on Tues no less. So if our pick up is cut in half then our bill will be cut in half also, RIGHT
I switched from another company that charged way too much with whom we had to negotiate each renewal term. Waste Management gave me a fair price up front. Their pickup service has been good although there were some problems during the height of the COVID-19 period. Customer service has been very good and responsive. We had two day a week pickup and were sent a letter informing us it would be cut back to one day a week at a fractional discount. I called and told them what I thought was an appropriate discount and they gave it to me . We have had very good luck with the 2 or 3 times we needed a special or bulk pickup. Our driver has been great about handling it.
