Reliable, dependable, nice cans however if I could change anything for me personally it would be the monthly price. I only have my trash and recycling picked up once a month but this is because I am in a one person household and do not accumulate a lot of trash. Great company overall!

I originally had County Waste as my waste removal company and I was so disappointed with their service. They never answered the phones. Garbage would go days and somtime weeks without being collected. The never wanted to give refunds or adjust the bill for the time they never showed up. Plainly, they suck. I switched to WM and haven't had any issues since. Garbage is always picked up as scheduled and the communication is perfect.

This company raised my bill to double without communication. It was just non existent. As if people with auto pay " well maybe they won't notice". Just gross, very unhappy and unprofessional. Check your bill People. It's one thing to raise prices because of this or that, tell your consumer. It's simple have some consideration, the whole process was shady. When I called it was a "Sorry". Sorry for what being a shady companyok.

The billing issues have deteriorated this year. We had a speific cost plan within our development that should last to 2025. Our costs have doubled per quarter & no one seems to know how to straighten this out. Very disappointed with billing. Garbage pickup is fine.

WM is reliable and professional and is always easy to get in touch with. Our driver goes above and beyond his duties. We have a neighborhood Bear that is always causing messes and the driver cleaned it up! Made my day!!
I highly recommend them.
