Trucks are neat and clean. There is a time table now, at least where I live, first the recycle truck comes through (Approx 7am ish) then the garbage truck, 3hrs give or take later.
Even with the automated pickup system, never any grabage thrown on ground. Great Service, Great Employees!
I am not sure if this is the proper place to leave this review, but it's WM.
The last year or so has seen the service really go down hill on quality. Trash is repeatedly left behind, sometimes never picked up. Customer service regularly puts you on hold for over an hour.
As is the case with big business there are limited alternative garbage disposal options available along with cheaper costs for equivalent level services, so I guess I'll just keep picking their garbage off my property and hoping they actually grab the majority of it week to week.
The workers are friendly, courteous and professional. They always do a great job when they are collecting our trash. They are also very neat and never leave any debris behind.
LIKE THE RECYCLING AND GARBAGE PICKUP NEW TRUCK, ONLY ONE PERSON PER TRUCK. THIS METHOD OF TRASH AND RECYCLING PICKUP WITH ONLY ONE EMPLOYEE INSTEAD OF TWO IN THE THE CAB OF THE TRUCK AND NO EMPLOYEE AT THE REAR, SHOULD HAVE REDUCED YOUR PICKUP COST BY ABOUT 66 PERCENT. PICKING THE RECYCLED REFUSE EVERY OTHER WEEK ALSO A COST REDUCTION FOR WASTE MANAGEMENT. CUSTOMERS WITH ONLY TWO GARAGE CONTAINERS SUPPLIED BY WASTE MANAGEMENT, SO THE CUSTOMERS CAN'T PUT OUT MORE CONTAINERS THAT REASONABLE AND TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE WASTE MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS. THERE WERE SOME PEOPLE HAD UP TO FOUR AND FIVE LARGE CONTAINERS FOR PICKUP TWO TO THREE TIMES A MONTH CAUSING EXCESSIVE EXPENSE TO THE WASTE MANAGEMENT CORPORATION. THE PERSONAL THAT CAME UP WITH THIS METHOD OF REFUSE PICK UP ,ALL I CAN SAY WAS BRILLIANT. MICHAEL EDWARD KAISER.
WM use top take large items and yard waste, but not now since we have to fit everything in one can. I think that WM should pick on day each month to pick up extra stuff and extra barrels of yard waste
