  Just a complete amazing experience ! This company collects trash and communicates on another level. The Waste Management app is amazing!! They let you know about delays, when trash was picked up and what the next plan of action is during holidays etc. I actually learned about this company from them doing business at my job for years, I’ve talked to one of the drivers when he comes in my job I had to search his truck off and on when I worked a specific post and it was just general conversation but he is really a professional and respectful guy. Waste Management is always at my job and there trucks are always clean looking to be trash trucks… so when I purchased my house, I asked my neighbor about trash pickup in the neighborhood and he gave me a number I never called because after I thought about it, I told my wife “I should inquire about Waste Management” they been doing business at my job for years and long behold it was one of the best business decisions of my life!!!

  When they pick
  are fine however my experience the past 3 years is that they do not pick up on time and won't credit your account unless you call and say something

  My recycling hasn’t been picked up in 2 months! Last Friday I was told to put it ALL out here bc it’s been piling up in my garage! Called that evening and was told that I called and canceled the pick up which was a LIE!! I checked the website and it said NO TRASH WAS OUT HERE! Another LIE! Said they would be out Monday… then Tuesday and guess what? ITS FRIDAY AGAIN! They are the worse! I can’t wait to cancel service and I’m setting up an appointment with the local news station bc then they will refuse to refund my money when they aren’t serving my house! So why am I paying? Just horrible!

  I wish I could give a good review, but I can’t. Waste Management has missed more pick ups then they have picked up. The additional fuel surplus charges are absurd. I don’t charge people extra for my financial shortcomings.
  I know they are a national company, but in my part of Delaware, they wouldn’t last as a standalone business.

  Horrible service and ineffective communication if communicated at all.
  All January and still today Waste Management has not been picking up recycling. & Continues to show a lack of consideration for customers and our neighborhood. They just lost a loyal customer.
  Pic 1 : they purposely didn't grab the box for recycling.
  Pic 2 : is proving they failed to pick up recycling for 2 days with no update on pickup.
