Very frequently they are days, and even weeks late for normal trash pickup. On the icing on the cake is they raised their quarterly rates for the worsening service. Laughable at this point. Will be looking for a new service provider.

I am only giving 3 stars because of the driver. He's very friendly and courteous to us. He leaves our area clean which I think is very respectful. However the company is not the best. They have no bulk pick up and they leave anything that does not fit in bin. That's so impractical for households. Please provide more practical services for customers, it's 2022 not 1922

We ordered weekly trash pick up on July 26th. The online ordering service allows you to choose a delivery date for your container. We chose the first available date of July 30th. Our container was still not delivered by Monday, August 9th at which time I called WM and spoke with an associate who informed me that delivery could take up to 10 days and was scheduled to be delivered on that day. Our container did not arrive and on Wednesday I called again. Once more I was told that the container was scheduled to be delivered on that day. Once again, we didn’t receive it. I called this morning and was told it should be delivered today. Still waiting..
