They want you to pay all of the bill when they don't pick up all of the trash. This happened 2 weeks in a row. 1st time is a mistake 2nd time you're forming a pattern. The 1st time it happened I called made a complaint and was assured someone will call me backit never happened. This week I try to call and get stuck in a loop with the automated system, then someone keeps answering and placing me right back on hold. Very poor service and even worse customer service. If it happens next week I will be reaching out to the news outlets.

Horrible! The website states that they are open till 5, but in reality they are only open till 4 for residential. Then they charge you an astronomical $98 dollars. That is their rate no matter how small the load is. Find somewhere else to go. They are robbing people.

Per their website they close at 5pm. I got there at 4:10pm and the lady says they close at 4pm to the public. She also stated that it was on their website. I looked also over the website and no where does it show they close early to the public. She also told me that they open at 5:00 am to the public and the website says 7:30a. Please call and make sure of the times before taking off work early, to then drive 45mins/1hr out just to say they are closed. RIDICULOUS!!!
