If the U.S. Postal Service loses your payment, Waste Management will suspend service without warning and then want to charge $65.00 to activate service even if you have been a customer for over ten years. They are like dealing with the mob.

They sent me a bill with a due date of " upon reciept" although my account was current. Then, 10 days later, when the bills are usually due 30 days after billing, they picked up like 90% of trash cans in the neighborhood. Guess what, they've neglected to send me a sticker. No communication to customers that they would be picking up trash cans without stickers. A lot of people actually paid. Horrible way to do business.

This company IS garbage worst customer service, act's like a monopoly! I called in a complaint, the driver only became more ignorant and the route manager, Douglas philps only ignored me. If you want to see this companies customer service, look up what they did to the people in Grand rapids Michigan with the toxic water and the polluted air to the people in Tully town pa, not to mention what they did to there own shareholders

Waste Management has the worst customer service I have ever seen. The reps are so conceded and arrogant that they really shouldn't be on the phone. The lack of execution for a simple task of picking up my bin after cancellation was terrible. I had to call every day for 6 days until they finally picked it up. And why did I cancel service? A 30 year customer cancels because a Waste Management truck would prefer to attempt to not allow me to merge on the highway during rush hour (2 miles an hour on the on-ramp) to get 1 car length ahead. And then he has to drive to within 6 inches of my rear to prove. what? Ask yourself about lifetime value. Figure it out. $70,000 paid to WM over 30 years and flush away because no one cared when I called? Your loss.
