Went to this place for the first time today and these reviews for high cost for dumping trash are true and ridiculous. The part about this place has no cost to residents are false. The ladies that were working today and also the manger didn’t want to tell me which cities are no cost. Typical info the public needs to know unless they are just taking people money. 137$ to dump, plus fees for hard hats and yellow vest which didn’t seem as a requirement to wear being me and my sons was the only people wearing them. Manager didn’t want to talk about it, feels like a ripoff.

I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I went to this landfill. They measure your trailer and charge you by the size of your trailer and by the weight. My load was not very heavy and I was charged $245 because I had wooden size on my trailer that made it taller. But, the load was only 2 feet tall in the bottom of the trailer. That did not matter!. I took a larger load to McCommas landfill and it was $80. This place is a complete rip off.

What a joke 137 dollars just to dump 2 mattresses even though we live not even 10 minutes away aint that crazy. Dont bother coming hear if u live in seagoville you will get charged 100+ for dumping the littlest of things.

Bad customer service. And my husband and i being new to the city of wilmer, Sanna, she says, the lady with blonde hair very rude today. The rest of the ladies in the front reception were awesome but Sanna, was very rude and the information given to my husband and I was given to me in a very bad tone almost screaming to us. I truely hope this lady gets fired cuz her customer service skills suck. What kind of service is waste management running. I want to get treated with respect when going to a business. Angela(ic) is an aggressive and condescending "supervisor." She was agitated that she had to walk to us to let us know we hadn't given our IDs. Granted we had been here 5 times in past few weeks and NEVER once had to do that.
When I told her this, she threatened me by claiming she could prevent us from dumping here.
I pay my property taxes and water bills and I don't need a rude woman to show me her teeth.response / report this review
