Containers delivered to the wrong address, WM rep would only communicate thru email so I had to call customer service a couple of times. As an individual it was a costly mistake. But you are only as good as your employees

Good thing the company is in the industry it is because there company and employees are complete trash! They have a monopoly so there for they don't care about their customers. We have been skipped twice in a row for trash pick up, and when i called the next business day to complain, i was guaranteed a crew would be out that day to pick up my trash. Instead they came 2 days later on my regular trash day. I hope waste mangement gets a clue one day.
