It would be nice If I could speak to someone instead of a automated system. When you finally get through to a live person after 30 min., they reroute you to a voice mail and never get a return phone call. I have been trying to contact my representative for 3 days and yet to hear from him!

Easy in and out pull on to scale to weight in and out, time to load very from 1 hrs to 3hrs, open for load 7 to 1300

Pretty decent facility. Not too slow, not fast. The lady at the reciving office was very professional and helpful. The scale is easy access and the docks are perfect for straight-line backing. The only drawback is parking on the street after check-in until foreman comes to assign you a dock. The ground is all pavement and no stinky gravel unlike similar places. Its about a mile and a half from i35 and 183. 20 minutes from all your major truckstops. 8minutes from 2 different quiktrip diesel stops. Not sure about 🚻 restrooms, as the urge never appeared. All together, from check in to scale out, was about an hour and 45 minutes. I give it a 4.7 out of 5.

Friendly and pretty quick. They have a scale and will axle weight your truck for free after you load.
