  The customer service was amazing.
  They went out of their way to help me locate a part for my stand up tub faucet, even had their in house plumber call me back. Dave, saved me from having to replace my whole unit. It is so rare these days that a company does not just check a box on what they say they will do. Dave really went out of his way, and said it was just his job, but he made my situation so much better. And really did go beyond what I would expect. I will definitely get my future plumbing needs from Magnus, because I know they will do what they say and make the customer happy. Can't thank you enough!

  Excellent customer service!!
  
  Very easy to deal with! We ordered a kitchen sink for a remodel. The sink is beautiful, but there was a small issue with it. Magnus Home Products was very quick to resolve it for us.
  
  I would happily order from Magnus Home Products again.

  I personally won’t ever use this company again, and I’m pretty easy going and reasonable. First, the sink in the photo was supposed to be very gray with a hint of green and was misrepresented on their website. It’s puke colored. The packaging was beautiful and not damaged at all but the sink corner crumbled when we opened it. They have refused to stand by their product, which is a crumbling piece of concrete and not a usable item. The customer service has been outright disappointing. Good luck to anyone that has any problems with their products. Their response will literally be, “too bad, so sad.” Definitely recommend going elsewhere!
  
  UPDATE 2/11/22: Have tried to contact "the manager" multiple times and am not getting a call back. I have attempted to clarify that the sink itself is faulty, something is wrong with the concrete, and there were absolutely no issues with the shipping. The packaging was pristine and the box had no blemishes. The product is faulty, and they will not stand behind their product.
  
  Also to clarify, I had to use a separate shipping company to get the product to Alaska which is why I wasn't able to open it within 30 days. Neither here nor there, the package was perfect and this is a faulty product not an issue with shipping.

  Ordered 72 inch cast iron tub, faucet, and drain. Tech support before the purchase with Magnus and my plumber was outstanding ensuring we had correct measurements before slab was poured. After purchase, Mary at customer service ensured everything was perfect. Beautiful tub and wonderful company to do business with. Highly recommend!

  WOWI! The best customer service I can remember. In a world where customer service usually means being put on hold and talking to a robot, I was surprised when an actual person answered my call and I was even MORE surprised when it was one of the company's owners. Howard took my call, answered my questions, solved my problem and followed up. This is a company that truly cares about each client and will make everything right. Even better, this sink is truly amazing. The highest quality and craftspersonship. I cannot believe how nice it is. It was shipped safely in a high quality wooden crate and as easy to install as a heavy sink can be! We will be back for all our housing needs. Howard and the Magnus team are a delight to work with and they have given us an heirloom quality addition to our home. Because they were so kind and helpful, every time I look at the sink I have such a good memory oh, and it's the perfect size for washing a 9 lb. chihuahua! Thank you Magnus!
