  Our service has consistently been good. Delay notifications are posted a little later than expected. But that could be due to numerous factors. The pricing is reasonable & we’ve not experienced continuous & unexpected pricing hikes like our neighbors.

  Worst company in town. I used waste management when I lived in New Mexico. They were fine in NM. They are terrible in Colorado Springs. Way too many missed pickups on the scheduled day. They are more expensive than other companies. My trash can lid broke off, and I asked for another container. They never did anything about it. So, I dropped their service and besides being charged $75, they still have not picked up my containers. It's been 3 weeks now, and counting. I've talked to customer service two times already. Still nothing happens. Now I have to call again, and wait, and wait and wait until they answer. I recommend using a local company instead of Waste Management when you move here!!

  You have to weigh on the scale when you get there. Once you do that your going to have to back out of the scale and go around the block to get to the dock that facing the scale. Once load you have to get back on the scale but back on backwards to get weight. They make sure you axles are good before you leave. They people are friendly and they load you pretty fast

  To Charge someone a 128.00 late fee because your billing department doesnt know how to apply payments to oldest balances while simultaneously showing the customer on the app that they are current is shady balance billing and it is not ok. Not to mention wm constantly changed my pick up days. Worst customer service as well because nobody understood what i was talking about.

  When they pick up my trash and recycling, life’s good. Unfortunately they’re very inconsistent with pickup times and days, and consistency— sometimes skipping us entirely for the week. If I contact them about a missed pickup, they’ll make it right, but I shouldn’t have to ask them to do the job which I’m paying them to do every other month (sometimes every other week).
