The people here are genuinely friendly. It's a small enough campus where everyone knows each other but it's also big enough that it doesn't feel too close.
The campus itself is small enough that the furthest you have to walk from one end to the other is about 7 minutes.
Fellow military veterans need to avoid this school at all costs.
The Adult and Graduate Studies (ADU) program is worth the tuition. Adult students are able to complete their Bachelor's Degree in Business Management & Leadership in 18 months. Most of the instructors and professors are excellent and knowledgeable in their subjects.
I have no affiliation with the college except that I play in the annual golf event. The best golf outing that I have ever played, and it has been about 8 years now. The organization and attention to detail is second to none. A big hat's off to Lisa Leffel and her crew.
I had great professors, and it was a great environment to learn and grow.
More than ten years, later, when I visit I am so pleased to see the way that the faculty and staff pour their energy into making this school excellent at developing young people into adulthood.
If you want to study Chinese language and culture, WLC is the best place in Milwaukee to do so. As an alum, no other class taken at WLC was as well - taught. The Chinese professors are dedicated the their students' progress and go to all means to help the students post-graduation. Classes are actually fun and engage and motivate students to do their best and excel.
