Decent prices but

Dropped car off at 4 pm and arranged for a ride back at 5:30, when I was told car would be ready. At 5:30 car was still on jack with its original tires. I was then told that it would be another 45 mins. 45 mins AFTER that my car was finally ready with no apology or explanation offered.

Promised 5:30, done at 7:00.

I took my car in at 9am, I was told no later than 2pm I would have my car back. I called at 4pm asking what happened, they told me to pick it up in 30 minutes. I arrived at 5, and eventually didn't leave the shop until 530pm. They were very nice and friendly and helpful, but when I am given a time, I want that time to be recognized and eventually attained. I would recommend because of the quality of work, just make sure you have all day available to be serviced.

I had a very disappointing day at tires plus this evening. My appointment was at 5pm for an oil change, I checked in at 5pm and was told it would take 1hr to finish (oil change dont usually take this long, but I was ok for as long as it wasn't more than 1hr). Then at 5:55pm I went to ask if my car was ready. The girl went to the back to find out and I can see them just now taking my files and keys out. She came back to tell me they are just taking it in now. Very disappointed, as this isn't the first time I've experience something like this with this location. I told her " You're telling me I've been waiting for almost 1 hr and my car hasn't even been taken to the back." The girl did apologize bc they were short staff. I ended up rescheduling my appointment, but this time I will call ahead to make sure I don't waist 1hr waiting for nothing. The staff is nice and good but the schedule is messed up and something needs to be done about it. One time I wait 3-4 hr for a tire change. Another occasion I paid for tire alignment and it wasn't even done so I ended up going back again. And another time I dropped off my car at 12pm to get an alignment done and told them I'll be back at 5pm to pick it up. When I return at 5pm they didn't even take my car in!!! Come on, I gave you 5 hrs to work on it bc I knew this would happen and yet it happened!! Very disappointing, probably going to go somewhere else bc like I said it not the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time, it's too many times!!!

I went in to replace one slashed tired. I was told that my tires were so worn that i needed to replace all four, otherwise they would burst soon. Of course, this info scared e and i wanted to get it tooken care of. The staff gave me an estimate of $1250, after i refused the cost he knocked the price down to $1000 (seemed odd). After we discussed my options I left to get a second opinion. I was told that my tires were in perfectly good shape and i did not need to replace them. I believe the staff at TiresPlus tried to swindle me to make a bigger sale. I am a young women with not much knowledge about cars, so he took that as an opportunity to get over (or try to get over). Do not go to this place, i repeat DO NOT go to this place. They do not respect you as a person and their main focus is to take you for as much money as they can. Save your money and somewhere else!!!

Please don't waste your money here!!!! I brought 4 tires and the front tires weren't sealed correctly so I had to repeatedly put air in the tires. I guess they dont really care about the quality of work just the money you hand over. They are not accredited by BBB for a reason.

Feb 2016 Had an appointment. A set of 4 tires took 3 hours to complete. Promised wait time 1 hour. April 2016 one bad tire. Made another appointment waited 45 minutes while my car sat in the parking lot. Frustrated, I left.. No one called to see why I left LOL Appointments don't matter to these people!! POOR MANAGEMENT!
