When go there to get my bike fixed they treat my bike with the most up respect I have never seen any other bike store have.

Awesome rural bike shop, with very competitive prices. The guys here are much more experienced with full suspension mountain bikes than the typical Lancaster County bike shop though. Small building, but lots of selection. If they don't have it they can order it in. Most of their prices are competitive with the likes of Competitive Cyclist, etc.

Lots of inventory and selection jammed in a fairly small store (which is great). Five stars for quaintness, but overall some things are lacking. Everyone is friendly and prices on both merchandise and service is very reasonable. However, recently I've not been impressed. I've had bikes in on about 6 or 7 occasions including buying a bike from them and about half of the time I've had to bring the bike back within a few days to have things again adjusted. That's get old pretty quick. Despite being very friendly, there's a bit of a vibe that they really don't care if you buy something or not. It's hard to explain exactly and perhaps it's just the height of the 'soft sell', but they really don't seem overly concerned one way or the other including if you're displeased with the service. On a more positive note, they've recently been really helpful providing boxes for shipping and successfully repairing an ENVE wheel I have. In the area, LoweRiders in Downingtown is pretty good and Intercourse Bike Works is very good as well.

Haven't been here for a while, but I recall very knowledgeable and helpful staff and a good selection of bikes and gear at reasonable prices.

Wonderful shop! I had a 24" junky mountain bike for a while for the trail and needed something that fit me. These guys listened to me, showed me many bikes before showing me an absolutely incredible Trek full suspension bike which I bought on the spot. Love it, use it almost daily.

Great shop. They really take care of their customers and know what they're doing. Large inventory so they usually have in what you need. They will often work on your bike while you wait, which isn't service you find everywhere. Their prices are quite reasonable and they will cut some good deals. I highly recommend this shop.
