  Can you give 0 stars? Ordered on a Friday around 7 said food was going to arrive in roughly an hour. After an hour and a half called and said that there were 2 houses still ahead of ours for delivery. Another 20 goes bystill no food. Call again manager gives us the run around how it's a new driver and they are slammed. Maybe don't start a new driver during peak hours on a Friday? Also if you are getting slammed be upfront with customers about wait times. Overall it took them 2.5 hours to deliver food.TWO AND A HALF HOURS. And here is the kicker order was wrong and cold! They seriously need to be shut down, manager took 0 responsibility for the issue and seems to not care. So if you plan on ordering from them i suggest you place a second order somewhere else afterward because you wont get your food in a reasonable time frame and it will suck.

  The food is ok but too over price. The most slow food service ever, waited 45 minutes for my order. Nope nope
  
  And how come I went to another location and they give me good hand cut fries and here they give me those stupid twisted fries from Stop & shop 😂😂😂 no man never again.

  Wings over, won't be on time ever. Oh call ahead? 45 minutes wait. I know there's a reason I stopped coming here. They just reaffirm it when I try to give them another chance every 4 months or so. It's ok though, they'll just ignore me and move on. Order placed @ 751, and get it 844 for a walkin order. Mmmmmm, great service.

  Share my experience? How about lack there of. I placed an order on grub hub.. got 10 calls from an incompetent driver who said "I'm 10 minutes away" and then "I delivered your order to someone else." And when I say 10 calls, I'm not being sarcastic. I got 10 calls! Then after waiting an hour and a half for my order, I called the location and got placed on hold 3 times before I had enough and cancelled the order. Never ever ordering from them ever again. If I could give 0 stars, I would give negative stars. Sad excuse for a business.

  This is the first negative review I have ever posted. On 3/13 around 10:00pm this place charged me for wings then did not deliver them. When I tried to call an hour later to get a refund they put me on hold for ten minutes then when I called back they did not talk to me but kept saying please hold. I called from a friends phone and got them to answer (because it was a different number) then the girl just stopped speaking. As of now I have not been refunded my money and got no wings. I have never seen anything like it. They took my money and did not give me food. Then closed for the night. Basically if they get your credit card number they may charge you and give you no product.

  1st time trying after all the hype. Definately worth it if your into wings! Very flavorful , great selection if flavors. Service was fast and smooth!

  There are wings and then there is this place. This place sells wings as if they have been in the trash for a few days before packaging them up. That, and they are expensive. Their hottest hot sauce is less hot than tobasco.

  Pricey for hard, dried out flavored chicken. I'm done purchasing food from this place. It took an hr and 4 mins to get delivered- I live 3 blocks away!! (I could have picked up, but my son was napping)
  Anyways, my second bad experience, I'd be stupid to try again. Wing Stop is better anyways.

  I ordered Hanger 3, Yes ! They charged me for the listed price. Unfortunately, the driver delivered Hanger 2 instead. Then I called the manager in duty "James", he has no clue what he is saying ! I was flabbergasted by his response.
  I kindly asked him for the credit that I paid for..which I didn't received the food. The manager goes, I should come to their store to receive the credit.
  
  What a service !! I would never ever, visit or do a business with this guys. Poor service, super sad !!
