I just arrived from Myrtle Beach in need of an oil change. I called Momentum and spoke to Josh who was able to fit me in. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in the door and made to feel very comfortable. Service here is exceptional! I took my wife’s car in last Monday for a check engine light being on, I was told the reservoir was going bad and the thermostat needed replaced. Later I noticed oil in the reservoir like it had been poured in, since I had checked the coolant before I took it in originally. I went back in about this issue. I asked to speak to a manager and a very unprofessionally dressed gentleman, wearing khaki shorts approached me stating he was the manager. Basically all he told me was they didn’t pour oil into the reservoir, but did not offer any type of resolution to the situation. I thought surely they would offer to prove they had not done this by showing me what caused it rather than letting me leave to believe they had in fact done it. For a company that cares so much about reputation, you would think they would at least offer a resolution to protect theirs.

Have had these guys service every BMW I have ever owned. Simply put they are the best and they have extremely fair prices, great customer service and people that care about your needs and getting the job done right. They having a beautiful facility that is second to none and it shows how much they care about doing the job right. They only use factory OEM parts and all of their technicians are certified BMW techs so you know you're getting nothing but the best work done.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Tom Williams BMW's service department and having to deal with their unprofessional service department so I am very grateful to have such a great option in Momentum Motorworks for all of my non-warranty services and needs.

If you own a BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz or Range Rover these guys are the only spot for you for all of your service needs. They have a sterling reputation in the service community for their knowledge of cars and professionalism. You can't go wrong here.

I've never had a PPI before, so I can't speak to other shops on this but; WOW. Josh at Momentum was more than helpful in inspecting an E46 M3 I was interested in. After the inspection was complete, I was given a list which spelled out all the issues with the car. A $249 dollar investment saved me $16,000. I'd highly recommend Momentum to anyone interested in a PPI in the Birmingham area, and for any of your other BMW/Porsche needs.

Walked in and asked for a dealer to look at one of the few Porsches outside and help never came. Staff hardly noticed me and practically ignored me. Left almost immediately.

Josh and his team saved my entire road trip! My expansion tank sprang a leak in Bristol, TN, so I patched it with some epoxy and drove about an hour to Asheville, NC. Luckily, I made it from Asheville to Birmingham
the next day with no trouble,. But, after an overnight in Hoover the patch was leaking and there as no way I could do the five hours to New Orleans. I called Momentum, they said bring your car in asap, I was there within the hour. They fixed it for a reasonable charge and I was on the road to New Orleans within about four hours. This would not have happened at any BMW dealership, let alone any other BMW specialty garage. These guys are AWESOME!!! Highly recommend.

I have been taking my car here for years both when I owned a Mercedes-Benz CL55 AMG they performed replacing the hydraulic ABC blocks and doing the proper rodeo tests and even replacing the super charger pulley for me with a performance model and allowing me to do a performance tune. They have been performing service on my CL55 and now my BMW 325CI for years and have done excellent work each time. I recommended several co-workers to them here at Regions and they have had nothing but excellent things to say about them. I highly recommend their Road Force Tire Balancing machine they do amazing work in balancing as well.

Been using the excellent services of Momentum for many years - through 5 BMW 's - 540, M5, 2 750's and now an X5M. I have always been impressed by the professionalism and the integrity of Rory and his employees. The work has always been throughly explained and done in an efficient manner. The work is not cheap; however, you feel that you are getting proper value for your money, which is something that you cannot say abot the local BMW dealer. Great establishment to do business with!

Josh was my Mechanic/Manager. He was upfront with all that needed to be done with my car and also saved me from changing out the Alternator on my car that would have cost me over 600.00 by locating a wire harness that had not been plugged in by the person that had worked on it previously. They did a lot of service as per my request. They treated me good and were very honest and understanding of my needs and keeping within my budget. My car is now up to specs and running great. Very Happy.
