  Alan, Johnathon, Karen and Julie are all great.
  
  You can't find anyone more honest than Alan and Karen to provide great service at a fair price.
  
  Alan worked for Alfa and Mercedes and knows cars on the service and engineering side of manufacturing.

  Empire Autohaus is a wonderful dealer alternative. They are competitively priced and demonstrate a mastery of their trade second to none. Alan and Karen truly are wonderful, genuine people who take pride in a job well done and always try to do the right thing. We have used them off and on for close to 8 years now for vehicles ranging from modern BMW E46 3 Series and Mazdaspeed MX5s to classics such as our MGB GT V8 and Fiat Spyder. The staff is always courteous and forthcoming with detailed information regarding the repair work they perform and the costs for the services and parts. If you are looking for a trustworthy dealer alternative in the Birmingham area that always provides top notch service, give these guys a call. You will not regret it.

  Incompetent Buffoons.
  
  It has gotten to the point where I now would refuse to take my car to Empire Autohaus if they volunteered to work for free. Every time I have taken my car there recently It has come back with a new and often worse problem. The final time the owner said he would personally fix the problem but another incompetent employee bent part of my top and messed it up. I now believe that it would be less expensive to have the work done at The Porsche dealership itself than at Empire Autohaus simply because at Porsche I only have to pay and go once whereas here I have to go once initially and then however many times are then necessary to fix the problems that they create while fixing the initial problem. It is pointless, and becomes expensive. I expect my car to come back from the shop in better condition than I brought it; That does not happen at Empire Autohaus.
