Hotel staff is friendly, although will not be coming back. The smell of marijuana filled our room late at night both nights of our stay after one complaint it wasn’t resolved, we have a toddler and although we aren’t against pot we prefer not to smell it while we are trying to sleep. Room needs some upgrading, peeling wall paper, comforter was stained with yellow marker or who knows what it was. tub in the bathroom had putty from fixing the tub that wasn’t sanded down or re sealed.. great location otherwise. if you enjoy where you stay I’d pick another hotel, at the end of the day it’s just a place to sleep.

Nice place to stay in Manhattan. Very courteous and clean. Continental Breakfast is good. Close to many sites. About a block from Macy's. Compared to other Hotels you have good sized rooms. Not small.

    Pay more for something better
I booked this hotel with an understanding of the Wyndham brand standards and how they are usually met. This is such a poor excuse for a hotel associated with that name, it's incredibly worn dated and frankly gross. Staff is not nice, even by NYC standards. Asked for assistance with a very loud air conditioner in my room, they did nothing to address it. Staff at night when I checked in was rude. I was the only person in the lobby and I still had to wait for a significant amount of time to check in. This hotel is the bottom of the barrel, every fan is super loud and there look to be blood stains on the carpet. I am going to have to store my suitcase outside, because I don't trust them in their bed bug management. I probably could have paid a little more for a much better option. Do not stay here, I am sorely regretting the two short nights I have spent here.

In the center of the garment district. A quick walk to Times Square , Madison Square Garden, The Empire State Building . ..and the subway. Restaurants close by. Comfortable beds and staff was informative and helpful. Poor Internet connection unless you are on the 1st or 2nd floor.

Great, central location! The room is showing some wear but it's clean and comfortable. The king bed is nice! Bathroom fan, at least in my room, is very loud and annoying. Shower pressure is really nice. The hot breakfast portion was not very goodended up just eating oatmeal every morning. The staff was nice. I would stay here again. The location to MSG and other attractions, and to the subway is what i like the most.

Room was ok only bc water was leaking in the room (#1802) and bathtub and toilet had problems with extremely slow draining. Paid for the upgraded suite and loved the open balcony.

Good location situated within walking distance of Times Square and lots of other things. The complimentary breakfast I had was also enjoyable. Had no issues with the staff at all.

This hotel hasn't been kept up as well as I would have hoped since I stayed there. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, there were used latex gloves left in the room (I'm hoping from housekeeping), moldy shower curtain, and the tub was very slippery due to worn out shower treads. The rooms were mostly comfortable and its in a good location. Its just a shame as this was once a really nice hotel.

Not terrible, but definitely not the best. The service isn't great and the rooms need to be updated. But the breakfast was decent. There was a section of wet carpet near the couch. When we arrived the room was 85 degrees. When we came back to the hotel in the afternoon, the maid had set the temperature back to 85; we had it set to 72. So we came back to a got room which took another hour and a half to get back to a comfortable temperature. However, it is in a great location for conferences and entertainment.

Fantastic location to allow you to walk the streets of New York like a local in the middle of everything touristy. Great hotel style breakfast was included in the price. Four stars for being a little bit noisy at night, that's understandable because of the location. But honestly I would stay here again because of the location and price.

Not bad. Go for it if Only for eat and sleep. Air conditioning never took the temperature below 70 and that was horrible. Not all staffs are friendly. Breakfast was very good. Overall ok

Amazing location, friendly staff, and affordable! Could not have picked a better location for our trip to New York. The wifi even reaches the 11th floor.

The stay here is sufficient for those who won't be spending too much time in their room and only need a place to shower and sleep. It was clean enough and looked cozy, but could be improved. The bedding had some random hairs and when I removed a corner of the bedding to check for bedbugs, (didn't see any), I noticed a stain on the mattress. The bathroom had random hairs on the white tub and toilet as well. All of these things could easily be improved with more thorough cleaning. The towels smelled kind of funky like they were washed with vinegar instead of bleach. The WiFi was completely hopeless and I gave up after a certain point. The location is great and is safe to walk around late at night. Like I said, it's a sufficient place to lay your head but don't expect to be blown away.
