The hotel was full. Lots of pets.Local power outages. My husband has limited mobility
The room was quiet no sounds coming from other rooms. The decor was nice and clean.The staff was pleasant and professional. Helpful as well. I left something when I checked out. They found the items and called me. I was impressed.response / report this review -

I will NEVER stay here again. We found bedbugs in our mattress (took pic and video) and they kicked us out because we took the issue to the front desk. The front desk worker (Carolyn T) acted as if she had an issue from the beginning. She goes to the room and says all they can do is change the sheets. She claims to have spoken to the GM and that an exterminator was coming but the owner (Ahmad) comes. He enters the room and does not speak to us and inspects the bed, we try to show him the pics and video but he says “I don’t wanna see it” and kept looking at the bed then looks past us Carolyn to say, “kick them out and call the police”. We ask why and they said we had to go. We explained that we never wanted a refund, we just wanted the situation rectified. They still tell us to leave so we pack and I asked for the corporate information and they continue to kick us out and explained they didn’t call the police and we couldn’t get a refund. We ask for the police to come and got a report written up.

great hotel, great staff, good location!
Breakfast was great, bacon, hashbrowns, all kinds of breads, waffles, Eggs, cereal, and Grits! Who couldn't be happy with those choices!
Room was nice and clean. I'm a worker so I just end up dirting it anyways. Housekeeping kept it clean for me, I never knew I was in there after they would clean.
Indoor pool to use to relax. Will come back.response / report this review -

The Jacuzzi suite was nice. They offered cookies, (which were delicious BTW) popcorn, coffee, and breakfast! The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub.. 😉

I stayed here to evacuate Florida during the hurricane with my pets. My hotel was clean. Some of the sheets had small stains and I found a long black hair on one of the beds. Little stuff like that honestly doesn't bother me so I never mentioned it but if you're a stickler maybe look elsewhere. The beds and pillows were very soft. The walls are a bit thin so I would hear everything in the hallway but I felt safe and the room was spacious.
The staff were only pleasant and sweet to me during my short stay. Thank you for accommodating me during a time of crisis!response / report this review -

My two children and I stayed with this hotel overnight. Much to my surprise, I was mortified by what we saw. I paid 129.00 for our stay. Upon entering the room, it looked clean. But to my dismay, looks were apparently deceiving. The ice bucket looked clean on the outside but inside it was covered in black hairs. The shower, sink and toilet as well. But, the most disturbing issue was what we saw once my kids turned back their bedding. The sheets had multiple hairs scattered throughout and spots of blood covered the fitted sheet and pillowcase!! My kids were so distraught they would not lie on the bed. I called the front desk only to be told the sheets were clean. They offered to give me fresh sheets but informed me there was no one to change them. They wanted me to clean their mess! I requested another room but didn't receive any accommodations. We miserably slept, and anxiously awaiting morning. At checkout, again, I complained. I was told I would have to contact the owner. A few days later I finally heard back from the owner. He informed me in broken English that he would give me 20% off my NEXT visit!! I would think twice before spending your money at this establishment. If there's a problem you will not be assisted or offered a solution. I spent 130 bucks for a miserable night's sleep. I feel robbed and used. What type of hotel wouldn't simply clean the room upon my request, or give us another room?

I absolutely love this hotel I stay here every time I am in town it's my home away from home! the rooms are nice the breakfast is great and most of all the staff is so friendly.
They always have about the same people working who always greet me and make sure I'm taken of. This is by far the best hotel in Hiram, I have actually stayed at other two hotels in this area before but nothing beats the service and atmosphere of this country inn & suites! I went with my girlfriend for a few nights. It was affordable, quiet, cooled and in a location easy to get to everywhere in Hiram. They had a indoor pool, open til midnight for adults, NOT that we used it because we were too busy.
The breakfast is meh, but tell me a hotel this price that has a decent breakfast. The first day, I had a waffle. They got this machine that you get batter from into a cup, then pour into the iron. It felt tedious and long timed. You develop a line, waiting for a waffle. Sausage, biscuits, potatos, kind of dry. Get there when breakfast starts, I suppose. You can never go wrong with cereal though. So the day we checked out, I had fruit loops and all the bacon. Hold on, i'm worried you think I said "a lot of bacon," when what I said was "ALL the bacon."
None the less. We had clean towels, bed(besides a blue spot where some detergent got on it, unless an alien was killed there) and the room was clean. Microwave, fridge, all good. The view was lacking, even on the third floor but Hiram is a swamp town anyway with the fuckiest suburbs ever.
I mean, there might be cheaper in Douglasville and one nasty nasty cheap one in Dallas, but who wants to driveor stay there? Country Inn is for me and I will be going back.
Now, here is a note for when you stay at any hotel;
The cleaning staff love when you help clean up after yourselves, you filthy humans. SO, be sure to pile your trash, towels and washclothes into separate piles and to get your bed linens into a nice pile. Especially if you shape your pillows and bed linens into the shape of a body. ;3
The cleaning staff don't get enough excitement, so be sure to do the last thing.response / report this review -

I was very disappointed with our stay here. We were told that the hotel was all non smoking rooms, however our room smelled strongly of smoke. When we spoke to the front desk about it, they said they were aware of it. Next the room just seemed dirty, the bed looked like it had already been slept in. (gross) it didn't look like there was even a coverlet/comforter on the bed, it had a sheet on the top, this was just strange to me. Next the wash cloths were extremely stained, I had to pick thru the ones in the bathroom to find one I wanted to use. And my last complaint is the parking.. this was horrible. the parking lot was completely full including in the back and the truck drivers were taking up 4 - 5 spaces. We went in to let the front desk know and they acted like it was no big deal and there was nothing they could do. some big trucks parked correctly (only taking up one spot) but some did not. people were having to "make" a parking place. we did not want to park across the street because of no lighting and pouring rain.

Room was a good size and very clean. Employees were nicePool was heated and provided different towel so you don't have to take any out of your room. breakfast was big with a variety of things including old eggs yogurt with multiple toppings waffles with multiple ingredients that could be inputted including chocolate chips also had grits biscuits and gravy

The Jacuzzi suite was phenomenal. It's a great place to get away for the weekend; true home away from home! They offered cookies, (which were delicious BTW) popcorn, coffee, and breakfast! The kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. The inside of the hotel is outdated but the room is pretty modern. I'll be back when I'm ready for a another weekend get away close to home 😉
