  Aaron Gold drove my family and I to and from the airport. We were heading to my sons make-a-wish trip and he was amazing. He was on time and very kind to my kids. I would definitely use this service again. You should definitely request him if possible. He loves talking and it’s very comforting. He’s an amazing driver. My youngest son called him grandpa which was also cute. I can’t say enough kind thing about Aaron he really was amazing.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Windy City and I must say, they exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, their team was on time and displayed the utmost professionalism. I couldn't be happier with their services.

  I’ve used Windy City limousine every time I travel to O’Hare. Their service has always been consistently excellent. They are always on time even a little bit early. The drivers are courteous and thoughtful. A very professional organization. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Strongly recommend.

  Warning against long distance trips:
  
  My son went on a trip to Washington, D.C. with his middle school May 10-14, 2023. We live in Southern Indiana and the closest major city to us is Indianapolis, but the school had to go with Windy City out of Chicago (for reasons unknown to me).
  
  Five large charter buses were rented for the entire trip. The buses appeared to be new, were nice inside, and very clean.
  However, two of the three buses broke down multiple times on the way there. What was supposed to be a 12 hour overnight bus ride from our town to D.C. ended up being over 16 hours due to mechanical issues. My son was on one of the two buses that had multiple break downs and missed half of the first day of the trip. They had a packed 3 day schedule, which they had to modify, so several parts of the schedule were very rushed due to the time they lost.
  
  It was just unfortunate that two of the buses couldn't make the 3+ hour drive south to our school and then the 12 hour drive to D.C. with out breaking down. The drivers were professional and kind, and obviously this wasn't their fault, so I feel bad for them as well. A stressful situation for all involved.
  
  I honestly do not like to leave bad reviews, but I think in this case it's important to share our experience so others can be informed and avoid this issue.
  
  The company was able to fix the problems before the ride home, which I am very thankful for, but again, the trip was cut short for two thirds of the students.

  Phenomenal customer service experience making our reservation and coordinating the event. Our driver was prompt, a great driver, and very kind. We had an excellent experience, and we highly recommend Windy City!! We will definitely use them again, we were very pleased with everything!
