  Very professional, polite, and hard working gentlemen. We have many old stuff and furniture in our home and we have been concerned about how to move them without losing those antiques. The 4 guys that came to us were just the perfect men for the job. They carefully moved all fragile pieces and carefully wrapped all the furniture to prevent dents and damages. Plus, they checked in with us regularly to make sure we were happy with how things were going. A great experience!

  It was a great moving experience. From sales quote to dispatch to all the members of the moving team, we had an exceptionally amazing experience. In fact we don’t think we will ever move again without first checking out Moving APT. They are the best in the game.

  I honestly have NO idea how their reviews are so good. It wouldn't surprise me to find out they have been paying people to write fluff reviews. They are a moving agent, not a moving company. They hired a fraudulent company to move our goods that ended up holding everything hostage for close to 1000 dollars. When we tried to call APT nobody would contact us back, and it was during their business hours. They wouldn't respond to our phone calls or emails over the week until we went on BB. Then by magic they had all the time to write gaslighting reviews back to try to make us look crazy. This company is the worst, I don't recommend them to anybody, and I tell anybody that's moving not to use this agent.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
  This company is terrible. They also hide the fact that additional fees will occur if you choose to have the movers pack your stuff this is often very expensive. For instance $100 just to pack a TV. The movers will also charge a stair fee of $75 for 7 steps. Whatever quote they give you assume it is inaccurate. Then the movers show up you are left at the mercy of the mover. You can either pay the extra or send them away and be forced to figure out another moving situation. They also nickel and dime you. If you want an exact pickup time they charge an additional $500. If you choose the 3 day option you may get a phone call like I did that said we will pick you up in an hour. Which I wasn't available for so I had to turn them down and they arranged a different time. This company is also a middle man. When things go wrong they are of little help as they need to actually speak with the company that's doing the pickup/delivery. If you call to ask for an update they have to call the driver and they may or may not get back to you. They are not great at communicating also. After about 2 weeks of waiting for my stuff I got an update from the driver not them. Telling me they would be there tomorrow. They then did tell me there was an issue with the truck but no one updated me when the truck was fixed. I had to call them back to get an update. They said they would call me back. They didn't . I called again and spoke with a rude and condescending "manager," who didn't even listen to my situation before giving the generic answer, "every customer gets 2 updates." When they did get in touch with the driver they gave me a 3 day window of when they would arrive. I then received a phone call 2 days later from the company saying my stuff will be there in an hour. This phone call came at 630am. Also, because they are a middle man they take no accountability for the actions of the movers they hire. For instance when the movers damaged my door they sent me the contact info for the moving company. Also the movers they hire are rude. The movers blamed me for the damage to the door, "well you wanted the furniture in that room." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

  I recently moved with Moving APT. I was given an estimate from their sales department. They promised me, that the service guy would take care of boxes and wrap it if is needed and secured it for no charge. They also told me the size of the box doesn't matter much if they are stackable. But, on the day of move, their service team charge me extra (way more than estimate) for boxes that are little bigger and charge you for extra for wrapping. I was told about all the extra amount only after the driver loaded half of my stuff to the truck. At that point, the service department did not give me any option, rather than just pay extra or else they would not move my stuff. The guys who I spoke to earlier than the pick up date, will not pick my call and I was left with no option, but just pay. The sales guys, QA team, service team are not in sync and no one will be accessible when needed during the move. Also, they didn't assemble my stuff which they dis-assembled during pickup. The truck drivers and field men were all in a hurry and not handling my items with care. The truck had a leak and my boxes got wet. My boxes and items inside were damaged and their claims teams will not pick or even return my calls. Overall, I would not recommend this company. They are not professional.
