I put in an order for a passport in October 2021 it is now February 2022. I have reached out several times and provided any and all information and documents asked for. Every time I call I'm put on hold for an hour+ and then hung up on. No one has been able to tell me where my birth certificate is or the status of my passport. I paid for an emergency passport and an agent to look over my process (so over $650) They took my money and didn't make the deadline or anywhere even near it and now no one knows what's happening with it.

Update: They still haven't helped its been almost a year since my government documents were put in their hands and they have not helped in getting them back to me

Update 2 July 29th 2022: Don't go to them. They have some honestly sweet people who will do their best to help you. However my passport and document I handed to them in person at an office is still missing. Whenever I ask for help they send me to the national passport agency. Who tell me they don't have it and have no record of it. Still getting hung up on after hour long phone calls and more the once in a day.

I am in the process of using this service and have not received any communication back from my assigned person. I will update if this changes but their phone number also seems bogus.

This is not a way to run a company no matter how busy you are.

This is my third time trying to call this company. I did an experiment and have my phone on speaker while it calls. Its been 37 minutes and still no one picked up. Is this place still in business?
