  Chicago Cloud9 Limo was great from the start!! Max in the office was quick to respond and everything was setup as promised. I got 2 party limos for a Drake concert and they both arrived early. Both drivers were professional and courteous. Limo buses were spotless and the bluetooth stereo system worked perfectly It can get crazy after a concert, but Donny, the main driver stayed in contact to make sure we got to our party limos quickly after the show. This was the first time using Cloud 9 and I'm definitely going to use them in the future!!

  We had a great experience with Cloud 9. We needed service to and from the airport for a group of 20 and it was perfect! Both drivers were great! Bobby on our return trip was awesome. Very engaging, friendly and helpful. Actually both drivers were. Thank you for the experience!

Collaborating seamlessly with us, he played a crucial role in making the day a success. The Bridal Party had an absolute blast aboard the trolley, thanks to Cloud 9's remarkable service. 100% recommend

  Our wedding party had a blast on the trolley! Our driver was super early which was appreciated. We got to all of our destinations on time and safely. I loved the authentic look and feel to it. It was a bit hot on board but I imagine it’s hard to cool off a vehicle like that, and obviously it doesn’t help that we were all in suits and long dresses. Overall it was a super fun experience and I’m really satisfied with how it all went! I’d like to add that arranging for the trolley was also a seamless process, so thank you Cloud9!

  We rented the party bus for a group of 17 teenagers and they had the best experience. The bus is clean, stocked with water, so fun to play music and the drivers are just the nicest people. We had Bobby on the way home and wish I remembered the name of the driver who took us there - they were both amazing! Also appreciated Max who took our reservation and was so accommodating when I had to make last minute changes. Very reasonable prices too compared to others. Definitely recommend!
