I bought a 870 Remington had some issues manger took good care of me they didn't have to thank you guys for going that extra mile for me I recommend them the sales man took his time walking threw the store with me helping me find things great people they know what there doing thank you Larry

For many years I have purchased firearms, ammo, optics and misc. other items. Staff is knowledgeable & very helpful. If you need it they usually have it or can get it. Store reno is fantastic.

The last few reviews had me a bit worried about coming up but we were pleasantly surprised at the hospitality and patience of the staff. Came to check out the M&P Shield 45 ACP during a special event. We are also looking for a long gun and had questions. Bill was very patient and helpful in understanding the differences between manufacturers and calibers. Will return to buy because of the customer service.

I used to come to Williams often to use the outdoor range until I got the "pleasure" of having TOM the range Nazi overseeing the 100 yd range. The older guy at the 30 yard/pistol is very polite and helpful. But this Tom guy is a dick. I thought maybe he was just having a bad day the first time but nope. He is a dick everyday I guess. He treats people like you're a child. I understand the whole safety aspect of his job but that's ridiculous. We had a blast at the handgun part but got over to 100 yd range and was treated like a child from the moment we walked up. Completely sucked the fun out of it to the point where we packed up after 10 shots and left. I don't care how fancy the new store is, if you have assholes like him working people are less likely to come back. I will never go back to Williams. Can't even sight a rifle in when your hands are shaking from wanting to punch that prick in the face. And no it wasn't just me, everyone at the 100 yd had an astounded look after watching him talk down to people. Customer service is a part of a business and he needs to work on it big time

Great information and advice. Their gunsmith is awesome too. He fixed a long term problem in 20 minutes. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Went here for some reloading items and found all that I need. I had them put a muzzle brake on my gun and they said it would take 3-4 weeks. It has been almost seven and I still don't have my gun back. Pretty disappointing if you are planning on needing it. Other than that it has been a great experience.

We Will never go back here again.
I wanted Williams sight put on and they talked me out of it.
Said scope was better
They mounted my scope and with new rings and mount and
Bore sighted.
They couldn't get it right so I ask for a return.
They do not do refunds and still charged me for the range
That I couldn't use.
They told me that was free when you have work done there

Got what I needed and even more. Sales person (Bill) even gave me better deals then I could find anywhere. Forever a loyal customer. Also treats you like family. Especially if you have little ones!

All I can say is sweet mother of God! This place is AMAZING! It's the be all, and all one stop gun and accessory shop, AND indoor/outdoor range!! First time there.and I walked out with a carry pistol. I wish there was another one closer to me! Well, maybe not, because they have 90 day layaway too! I might give them ALL the monies!

I will forever be a customer of Williams Gun Sight Company. Not too long ago I came in to Williams Gun Sight Company with the intention of buying my first pistol. I knew what I wanted, but all-in-all I am fairly new to shooting pistols. Well the smiling face that decided to help me was Caitlyn. Words cannot describe how good of an experience I had with her, but I am going to do my best. She made me feel very relaxed and welcome at Williams. She never once made me feel like I was in the wrong for asking questions and she not only showed me products, but taught me about the products too. She made sure to find out what me needs were. For myself, I wanted a firearm to learn on as well as carry for self defense. Obviously a firearm needs ammunition to shoot. I got her suggestions and ended up buying both of her suggestions for target ammunition as well as carry ammunition and, honestly, I fell in love with her suggestions. I also needed a holster. I ended up buying two. Lastly I wanted to buy a gun case and she went right over with me and helped me find the best option for me. All together I bought my firearm, 3 boxes of ammunition, 2 holsters, a cleaning kit and my gun case. Her knowledge of firearms and warming personality gave me the best experience of any store I have ever been to. Also, when you buy a pistol at Williams you get free range time. Now before I stepped into the indoor range that they have at Williams I was nervous and my adrenaline was kicking in before I ever stepped my foot inside, but all of that seemed to wash away when I met Chris. He works as a Range Master for Williams and I can see why. He too made me feel welcome and never made me feel like a fool. He gave me tips, instructions and truly helped me enjoy shooting at Williams. Since then I have been back numerous times, bought several other firearms and truly enjoyed their range with confidence. My girlfriend and I had our first date at Williams Gun Sight Company, with Chris as our Range Master and he made her feel welcome too. Since then the two of us have been back together and now she wants to buy herself a firearm. Last time we were able to rent firearms from Williams and use them on their range at an awesome price! I know this is quite a long review, but if you've read this far my advice to you is go there. Whether you're experienced or have no experience at all, this place and these people will have you raving about Williams Gun Sight Company. I will forever be a customer of Williams Gun Sight Company.

First time visited. Loved the people, fair range prices, i only went to the outdoor range, but I'll definitely be coming back. Lots of great gear! The range was really muddy, but one can expect that with the snow melt and rain. Only thing id like to change is the distance of the rifle range to a couple of long distance shooting. But that is my only gripe. Thank you everyone for the awesome visit, hope to see you soon!

I have never visited the store but have purchased their excellent sights by "mail order" for many years. For you youngsters, yes that was snail mail. :-)
My recent "online" experience was a huge letdown, the website is a disaster. I found it impossible to set up an account or place an order even after trying a different browser. I finally gave up and placed a phone call and things improved, the salesperson was sympathetic and helpful, placing the order was quite easy.
When my screw-on Shorty Ramp sight base arrived however things went downhill. The latest version apparently does not include the dovetail adapter previously included with the screw on model. The salesperson did not explain that so I had to call back to reorder that additional part. The Shorty Ramp costs $22, not including the necessary dovetail adapter is cheap, cheap, cheap. What is more annoying is that they did not tell me this upfront costing me additional shipping which is already overpriced. My sights came by first class mail showing postage of less than $3, Williams charged my bank card $7.95, and I had to pay it twice, very disappointing.
Have now been waiting 8 days for the missing part so shipping is not just expensive it is very slow.response / report this review
